If you are new to Injection Molding, below are the
basic steps it takes to get a product into production.
Bring a sketch or sample of your product to us for review

Our Engineer will go over your product to find out all the requirements needed for your
product.  This is where we will discuss the usage, weight, color, type of materials that
may be used, and all other aspects to compete your project to fit your requirements.

We will then determine the costs involved for the type of mold you will need and the
pricing structure for the piece part we will make for you.

We will meet with you to go over all the pricing and delivery options available for you.

Now that you have all the information on your mold and piece part, you are ready to start
your project.
FAQ's
How much will my mold cost?
This figure can vary greatly... Until we review your project there is no way to estimate the cost of your mold.
The pricing can vary based on how many cavities in your mold (how many of your product is
produced at one time), what type of material the mold is made and many other aspects.
The price could be as low as several thousand dollars or as much as hundreds of thousands of dollars.

How long will it take for my mold to be completed?
Again, this depends on the detail of the mold... Basic molds can be produced in as few as
five weeks, intricate molds can take several months.  However, no mold is considered complete
until samples are run and the piece part has been approved by you, our customer.

Do you ever have molds made overseas?
If the customer prefers this, we have the capability to have your tooling made overseas.

How long until I have parts?
In advance, we will go over how many pieces we can produce for you in a day, a week, etc.,
so you will know the lead time we needed to produce your part. We offer JIT delivery to customers
with blanket purchase orders. Our schedule is based on our customer's requirements.
